• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation tasks.
• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to prepare, edit, and manage legal correspondence.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and improve workflow processes.
• Address client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
• Provide administrative support to the legal team, including scanning and filing legal documents.
• Ensure legal files are updated, accurate, and compliant with company standards.
