Greenery is a new, healthy fast casual restaurant with a mission to make it easier to make good choices. We believe our restaurant is a starting place for people to create healthy habits for what we eat and how we treat ourselves. All of our food is purchased fresh and made from scratch daily. We are obsessed with details and even more obsessed with positively investing in our team. We believe that we can't do right by our customers and community without starting at home first.

Position Overview
In the role of Manager you will gain hands-on experience that will allow you to hone your leadership skills, business acumen, and overall ability to lead a restaurant operation. The Manager is an enthusiastic leader, quick thinker, problem solver, skilled communicator and motivator. Our food is made from scratch each day so this position will oversee a full-service back of house operation as well as a quick-service front of house operation. Responsibilities
Team Management
Provide a safe and welcoming work environmentAssist restaurant HR objectives including recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance managementEnsures compliance with all company policies and labor laws in addition to resolving employee relation issuesInspires team to provide the highest level of customer service and drives professional development initiatives for team membersFoster a positive team experience and engage in leadership developmentOperations Management
Maintains Greenery standards by continually monitoring production, food and beverage quality, employee productivity, guest satisfaction, and store cleanliness taking proactive improvement measures when necessaryEnsure store and team members are in compliance with local health and safety codes as well as food safety policies and proceduresOversees and participates (as needed) in opening, closing, and shift transition functionsOversee and manage inventoryAbility to execute all operational administrative duties, including but not limited to, receiving orders, team scheduling, generating daily store performance reports, and HR paperworkFinancial Management
Forecast short and long-term inventory and labor needs; schedule and adjust as needed to meet and exceed goalsRun daily reportingRequirements / Desired Traits
2+ years in a restaurant management roleExperience in a fast casual restaurant chain preferredExperience / knowledge of basic P&L, decision making, process improvement, strategic planning, labor scheduling, training and team developmentExperience in food safety and planningManagers Food Safety Certification required (ServSafe Manager's Certificate)Ability to coordinate multiple tasks such as labor cost while maintaining required standards of operation in daily restaurant activitiesStrong communication skills with a diverse staffAble to build rapport with vendors, customers, employees and stakeholders of all levels within and outside the organizationAble to operate with a sense of urgency and effectively direct change of priorities to the teamPossess a high-level of critical thinking skills to handle customer complaints and employee relations issues appropriately and according to company policyPassion for the development of others; strong coaching skillsDependableThrives in a fast-paced high-pressure environmentAvailability to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of some weekends and some holidays as neededGreenery Co.
