Prepare and cook meals using established recipes and menu cycles
Follow dietary guidelines and special meal modifications
Support kitchen operations including deliveries, inventory rotation, and logs
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen
Collaborate with the Dining Director to ensure smooth service
Experience cooking in a restaurant, healthcare, or high-volume setting preferred
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and portion control
Experience with special diets or senior living a plus
Ability to cook for large groups (100+ preferred)
A positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for serving others
ServSafe Certification is a plus
