Senior Billing Follow-up Representative

A company is looking for a Senior PFS CBO Acute Billing Follow-up Rep.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate patient billing and collection activities, ensuring reimbursement through claims processing

Provide leadership and training to Patient Financial Services Representatives, managing special projects and improving processes

Research and resolve payment discrepancies, denials, and appeals while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external clients

Required Qualifications

High school diploma / GED or equivalent working knowledge

2+ years of experience in patient financial services or medical claims

Knowledge of medical terminology and common insurance types

Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision

Strong knowledge of common office software, including word processing and spreadsheets
