currently live in the Atlanta area. (Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite required / 2 days remote)

A global medical company is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to join its fast-paced, collaborative North Atlanta campus. This is a high-impact role covering recruiting, onboarding, strategic processes, benefits, HRIS (SuccessFactors) , and overall HR service delivery. You'll work directly with a Director of HR who values innovation and new ideas, gaining exposure across all areas of HR in a $100M organization that operates with startup energy and global reach. Perfect for someone ready to grow in a role that combines strategic partnership and hands-on HR delivery.

Business-minded HR professional who can build , not just follow, processes
Strong communicator and collaborator who thrives in dynamic settings
Experience with HRIS (SuccessFactors a plus), payroll, and benefits
Creative problem solver with strong follow-through and people-first mindset

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.

2 or more years of HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or HR Analyst type experience

Business-minded HR professional with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Proactive, organized, and personable—comfortable balancing multiple priorities

Strong communicator with the ability to influence, collaborate, and connect across functions.
