Finance IS Analyst

Leads the configuration, implementation, and support of Oracle Financial modules. Is critical to optimizing financial operations and ensuring seamless integration within the Oracle ERP ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

Configures and maintains Oracle Financial modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, and Financial Accounting Hub 1 2. Analyzes business requirements and translates them into functional specifications and Oracle ERP solutions 1. Designs and implements finance workflows, approval hierarchies, and reporting structures. Collaborates with cross-functional teams (Finance, Procurement, IT) to ensure alignment of Oracle configurations with business goals 3. Supports month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting 4. Troubleshoots and resolves issues related to Oracle Financial modules and integrations. Conducts user training and creates documentation for system configurations and processes 1. Stays updated on Oracle Cloud Finance enhancements and recommend improvements for system performance and compliance.

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.

Licensure / Certification : Oracle certifications in Financials or Cloud ERP are preferred.

Experience : 3+ years of experience in Oracle Financials configuration and support. Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials or Oracle Cloud ERP is highly desirable 2. Skilled Oracle Finance Functional Consultant. Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP modules : GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and Tax 3. Ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and manage full-cycle implementations. Proficiency in SQL, PL / SQL, and Oracle reporting tools is a plus. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Hybrid or remote options available. May require occasional travel for client meetings or implementations.
