CNC Mill Setup Machinist

Small family production machine shop looking for CNC Mill skilled setup machinist / operator. 4 DAY WORK WEEK - NO EVENINGS OR WEEKENDS! PTO, $28 per hour / 40 hours a week.
Duties :
- Follow setup instructions to begin production on new orders.
- Run first articles and make necessary changes to offsets or G-code.
- Interpret simple dimensions from Blueprints and perform in process inspection.
- Set work offsets, tool offsets, and load programs.
- Record inspection data.
- Replacement of worn or damaged tools (inserts, end mills, drills, etc).
- Preparing tools and tool holders for new operation.
Qualifications :
- Extensive experience setting up CNC Mills with minimal supervision.
- Ability to stand and operate machine for hours at a time.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints on a variety of part types.
- Ability to fill out inspection reports.
Optional) FADAL experience is a plus.
Optional) GibbsCAM software programming experience is a plus.
Optional) Ability to to write simple G-code at the machine is a huge plus.
Optional) CNC Lathe experience is a plus, especially Mazak.
