A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager for the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a scalable Customer Success playbook and framework tailored to the needs of customers in the Middle East
Build and maintain relationships with 50 enterprise clients, focusing on onboarding and long-term product adoption
Monitor customer usage to identify improvement areas and manage account renewals and expansions
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in Customer Success within a fast-paced SaaS organization
Experience with technical, mission-critical products, particularly in the Middle East
Commercial experience managing renewals and expansions to achieve top NRR results
Fluency in Arabic and English
Strong analytical skills and a builder mindset focused on customer excellence
