About the Role :
- We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and solution-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our growing team.
- As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring every customer has a positive experience.
What You’ll Do :
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Resolve product or service issues promptly and professionally Process orders, forms, applications, and requests Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience Provide feedback to improve processes and customer satisfaction What We’re Looking For : Strong communication and interpersonal skills A calm, empathetic, and patient demeanor Ability to multitask and stay organized Basic computer skills; experience with CRM systems a plus High school diploma or equivalent (college a plus) Previous customer service experience preferred but not required Why Join Us?
