SUMMARY DESCRIPTION : ­­Responsible for supervising associate performance and participating in the daily activities performed by the Inbound Vessel Close department. Manage escalated issues for external and internal customers as well as any items delegated by management. Assure the proper training and execution for managing all IBVC tasks. Provide feedback, coaching and mentoring to staff members. RESPONSIBILITIES : Manage performance of team through annual performance evaluations and corrective action.
