Position Overview
The primary purpose of this the Branch Lead position is to oversee day-to-day branch operations and completion of daily tasks. You will provide product expertise and technical assistance to customers, perform duties related to inside sales, and a multitude of other duties to include warehouse functions. Product knowledge and technical understanding comes with time, and you'll have strong support from our crew, sales team and vendor reps to help you along the way.

No experience is necessary for the Branch Lead position. We are willing to train the right candidate. A high school diploma or GED is required. We are looking for someone with strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills who can make sound decisions and handle customer interactions with professionalism. This role also involves maintaining confidentiality, exercising good judgment, and taking pride in your work. You should be self-motivated, solution-oriented, and ready to lead the branch with a positive attitude. Physical requirements include standing most of the day, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working around hazardous materials and fumes. A business-like appearance and basic computer proficiency are also expected.
