Responsibility
- 1. 负责整体系统运维架构规划 网络安全相关工作 对系统性能 稳定性 可扩展性 安全等指标负责
- 2. 保障业务稳定性及支撑运营目标达成 建立起快速交付和自动化故障排查处理机制与流程
- 3. 从运维层面协同团队分析与解决生产环境问题 并主动分析系统瓶颈与架构合理性 推动系统架构持续优化
- 4. 推动业务质量提升 SLA 多活容灾 故障演练 降级 服务容量管理 性能优化等
- 5. 负责运维支撑系统的管理和优化 规划和设计公司的CI / CD流水线 实现开发运维一体化
- 6. 负责服务器上的Web服务器 / 数据库 / Redis / RabbitMQ / Nginx / Docker等中间件和容器的部署维护与性能调优
Requirements
- 1. 本科及以上学历 计算机和网络相关专业 5年以上工作经验
- 2. 深入理解linux和windows系统 精通一门以上编程 / 脚本语言(Java / C# / go / shell / python等)
- 3. 精通F5 Nginx DNS Zabbix TIPaas等主流应用 / 平台的配置和运维
- 4. 精通常见服务器 网络设备及防火墙等的配置 精通数据库和缓存相关知识 有数据库调优经验
- 5. 能独立完成网络搭建配置和管理交换机 路由器 防火墙等设备 能快速对设备运行的状态做出故障判断和解决问题
- 6. 精通docker jenkins等常用开发环境的搭建 有CI / CD流水线工作经验 具备很强的故障排查能力 有很好的技术敏感度和风险识别能力
- 7. 有海量服务器集群运维管理 容器化 k8s集群运维管理经验
- 8. 有企业信息安全管理 ISO27001 等级安全信息保护实施经验
- 9. 积极主动 有团队精神 有良好的沟通能力和学习能力
