Store Hours : Open daily, Sunday through Saturday (weekend and holiday availability required)

About the Role : As an Assistant Manager you will provide leadership support in the absence of the General Manager. You will balance your time between working with clients, supporting leadership initiatives, sales coaching, training, and talent acquisition. You will work in close partnership with the General Manager to achieve the store's sales goals, building client relationships, and become an expert in educating clients on each of our iconic product's story and details. You will report to the General Manager. What you'll do :

Compensation range for this role is $60,000.00 - $70,000.00. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business / organizational needs and market factors. You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
