IT System Administrator II

Position Overview

Provides administrative and technical support for Business Applications and supporting technologies.

What You'll Do

• Support and maintain the technical infrastructure of the organization's mission-critical applications.
• Understand the technical capabilities of the applications and supporting framework.
• Work with internal stakeholders to understand business priorities and support the configuration of software to enable supporting processes.
• Manage and maintain key data elements for the effective use of applications in a secure and highly available architecture.
• Participate and contribute to internal Change Management process.
• Work with cross-functional departments to develop optimal architecture and deployment strategies.
• Educate and communicate with end users to successfully utilize and adopt existing and new technology.
• Work with internal stakeholders to understand system requirements and determine capabilities and / or new functionality.
• Manage various projects related to the assigned functional area within allotted timeline and budget.
• Other duties as assigned.
