The Racine Kenosha Community Action Agency, Inc. a not-for-profit agency operating in both

Racine and Kenosha Counties, with a budget in excess of $9MM, is seeking a Director of

Finance Operations. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting,

Finance or Business Administration, will consider an individual with an Associate’s Degree,

with a minimum of 5 -7 years of progressive experience in financial management and

supervision. In addition the candidate should have significant experience in or knowledge of

nonprofit or governmental accounting, including complex fund and grant accounting, compliance

and reporting. This is a full-time Exempt position. For more information please visit our
