WiseHire are seeking a Head of Data Engineering to lead the Analytics, Data Science, and Data Engineering teams within a growing organization.
You'll shape the data strategy, architecture, data platform, and collaborate with various stakeholders to address their data needs, all while aligning with the wider business goals.
This hands-on role involves defining and optimizing datasets, developing and maintaining ML models, ETL jobs, and visualizations, and building a comprehensive Data Roadmap and hiring plan.
Responsibilities
- Oversee teams specializing in analytics, data science, and data engineering.
- Enhance and adapt the data platform to align with evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with various business units to gather and translate their data requirements into actionable plans.
- Design, develop, and refine datasets and schemas with consistent metrics across the organization.
- Create, implement, and sustain machine learning models, ETL processes, and data visualizations.
