A media strategy, planning, and buying agency is looking for a Media Supervisor to join their growing team! In this role, you’ll lead strategic media planning and campaign management across paid channels, with a strong focus on digital (Programmatic, Paid Social, CTV / Video, Mobile, etc.) and exposure to traditional media (OOH, Radio, TV, Sponsorships).
As a Media Supervisor, you are not only a media strategist but also a proactive leader—someone who brings a sense of urgency, accountability, and strategic guidance to both clients and your team. You’ll foster an environment where deadlines are met with discipline, challenges are anticipated, and your team feels supported and empowered to deliver their best work.
This position requires a balance of big-picture thinking and day-to-day execution, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
Responsibilities :
Develop, oversee, and optimize paid media strategies that drive measurable results for clients
Lead the end-to-end campaign process, from planning and set-up to QA, launch, monitoring, and post-campaign analysis
Bring urgency and accountability to campaign execution—ensuring timelines, budgets, and KPIs are consistently met
Provide strategic guidance to clients and your team, explaining not just the “what,” but the “why” behind media choices and recommendations
Track campaign performance and proactively deliver insights, optimizations, and opportunities to clients
Act as a visible, hands-on leader—rolling up your sleeves when needed, while setting the standard for excellence and efficiency
Mentor and manage junior staff, instilling strong planning practices, accountability, and professional growth
Foster a culture of proactive communication, ensuring internal teams, vendors, and clients are always aligned
Build and maintain strong vendor and partner relationships to keep the agency and clients ahead of the curve
Stay informed on industry changes and anticipate their impact on clients’ businesses
Qualifications :
Relevant agency or industry experience
Digital media planning across channels such as Video / OTT, Display, Native, Custom Content, and Paid Social
Experience working across various client verticals such as healthcare, insurance, non-profit, QSR, or retail - preferred
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, guide, and hold teams accountable
Strong communicator and confident presenter with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients
High level of accuracy, detail orientation, and organizational skill
Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment with shifting client needs, always maintaining a sense of urgency
Strong understanding of media practices, tools, and terminology
Hands-on experience leveraging syndicated research tools such as (MRI, Simmons, Resonate, etc.)
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Self-motivated team player who brings initiative, problem-solving, and a drive to make an impact
The minimum and maximum salary for this position is approximately $90,000 and $115,000, respectively.
