A company is looking for a Director of Human Resources Consulting.
Key Responsibilities
Implement people strategies that align with business priorities and advance HR goals
Advise leaders on organizational structure, workforce planning, and leadership effectiveness
Support workforce and succession planning efforts to ensure future readiness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP or consulting role
Experience in leading workforce planning, talent, and succession strategies
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and organizational effectiveness principles
HR certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent) preferred
