Salary : $70,000-$80,000

RYCO Heavy Haul, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatch & Permitting Coordinator to support our growing heavy haul trucking operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring loads move safely, legally, and efficiently, from planning and permitting dispatch and delivery.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the trucking or logistics industry, with a strong understanding of oversize / overweight permitting, driver coordination, and transportation compliance. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Dispatch & Scheduling

• Work with the director of Transportation to coordinate daily dispatch operations, scheduling drivers and subcontractors to meet delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with the Director of Transportation and customers to collect critical load details (dimensions, serial numbers, pickup / delivery locations, route constraints, etc.).
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date dispatch logs and load tracking information.
• Communicate regularly with drivers regarding load assignments, route changes, permits, and delivery requirements.
