SDLC Project Manager - Hybrid
Most Important : Needs to have run SDLC / agile projects at an enterprise level-Needs to have financial services experience *Description : *The Delivery Lead will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams such as a project or smaller program.
Key responsibilities include communicating the work objectives, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables.
This role ensures execution and delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline and cost.
They facilitate sync points across multiple organizations to enable delivery. They bring a strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
The ideal candidate is a passionate project manager who enjoys working on technology projects and being part of a skill group with like-minded agile professionals.Responsibilities Include :
- Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, and so on)
- Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
- Facilitate dependency management / risk management / impediment removal for the defined deliverables
- Promote / facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline
- Gather / facilitate status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks / issues, and schedule
- Ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor / stakeholders
- Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards
- Conduct Release Readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Business Go / No-Go reviews
- Communicate release details and schedules to the Business as required
- Project status oversight and reporting on delays / risks / issues across priorities such as MRA2 and SDM
- Data quality support, such as reviewing reports and partnering with project managers on timely corrections
- Portfolio / Program oversight and regular required updates such as tangible business outcomes and metrics
- Quality assurance reviews and auditsRequired Skills
- 5+ years of relevant Project Management / Delivery Lead experience
- PMP Certified
- Competent understanding of various SDLC methodologies from Waterfall to Agile
- Strong verbal / written communication skills and excellent organization skills
- Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task, adapt to change, and effectively prioritize work to meet competing deadlines
- Experience with onsite-offshore coordination
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent coordination skills
- High technical acumen
- Knowledge of Enterprise Change Management (ECM) best practices
- Experienced with Lean Agile Core Values & Principles
