We are looking for a talented Line Cook to join our team and help us continue creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
What You'll Do :
- Culinary Craftsmanship : Prepare and execute a variety of Japanese dishes, with a particular focus on UDON noodles, following our traditional recipes and standards.
- Quality Control : Ensure every dish leaving the kitchen meets Zaru’s high-quality standards, presentation, and taste.
- Kitchen Collaboration : Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations and maintain a positive and productive environment.
- Open Kitchen Engagement : Communicate with guests in our open kitchen environment, enhancing their dining experience through excellent customer service.
- Sanitation & Safety : Follow all sanitation and safety standards to maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
What We’re Looking For :
- Experience : Minimum 6 months of experience as a Line Cook, preferably in Asian or Japanese cuisine.
- Skills : Strong knife skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with kitchen procedures.
- Team Spirit : Ability to work as a team member in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion : Enthusiasm for Japanese cuisine and a commitment to culinary excellence.
- Education : A high school diploma or GED is required.
