Key Responsibilities

Set and execute research strategy, prioritizing critical Enterprise & Platform research needs

Lead and develop a high-performing, globally distributed research team

Drive impact through partnerships, delivering insights that inform company decisions

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience managing diverse, distributed research teams

10+ years of experience leading impactful research strategy in software environments

Advanced degree (Master's / PhD) in a relevant field

Deep experience with enterprise-scale products and market strategy

Strong technical skills in mixed-methods research
