The role requires an empowering leadership style, a donor-centered mindset, and a strong understanding of donor motivations and retention strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving revenue growth and donor engagement, be creative, innovative, and data-driven, and have a collaborative approach to building internal partnerships. A minimum of 10 years' of relevant experience, with at least 3 years' in a supervisory role, is required, along with a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
