Minimum 1+ years Paraprofessional or Special Education experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Provide reliable, day-to-day support in school classrooms as a substitute paraprofessional. This role is a strong fit for individuals who enjoy working with children and can step into different classroom environments with confidence and care.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED
Background working with school-aged children
Ability to work independently while following direction
Responsible, communicative, and professional demeanor
Interest in supporting general education or special education classrooms
Key Responsibilities :
Assist students with classwork and classroom participation
Help manage student behavior and ensure safety
Support daily tasks such as transitions, lunch, and hallway monitoring
Fill in for permanent staff in both academic and behavioral support roles
Follow plans provided by teachers or administrators
This position supports student consistency during staff absences across the school day.
