We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Appointment Setter / Telemarketer to contact potential clients, introduce company products or services, and schedule appointments for the sales or management team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle objections professionally. This is a remote role with flexible working hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided leads or lists.
- Introduce and explain company products or services clearly and confidently.
- Schedule appointments or follow-up calls for the sales or management team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in CRM systems.
- Follow up on warm leads and handle customer inquiries effectively.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and appointment-setting targets.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).Proven experience as an appointment setter, telemarketer, or in a similar sales role.Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.Comfortable working with call scripts, CRMs, and outbound dialing tools.Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (for remote positions).What We Offer
