Director of Engagement

A company is looking for a Director, Engagement and Advancement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of fundraising strategies, goals, and action plans

Identify, cultivate, engage, solicit, and steward existing and new donors

Manage and mentor team staff while overseeing development-related programs and events

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred)

Minimum of 10 years of related work experience

Fundraising experience

Ability to work collaboratively with diverse individuals

Demonstrated financial literacy and ability to contribute to the organization's fiscal health
