KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Director, Firmwide Learning Approach & Planning to join our Talent & Culture organization. Responsibilities include :

• Translating business strategy into learning experiences, enabling processes, roadmaps, and lifecycle recommendations for designated learning portfolios through ongoing collaboration and alignment with strategic outcomes
• Identifying emerging trends, performance expectations, and learning objectives to proactively anticipate and address learning needs and opportunities
• Leading an outcome-focused intake process across the team, including planning and executing needs analyses where appropriate to ensure learning solutions are targeted and effective
• Managing People Management Leader (PMLs), including Directors and Associate Directors, and driving the deployment of human capital and resources including employees, contractors, and vendors; providing independent leadership, guidance, and strategic direction, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
• Expanding and deepening relationships with key stakeholders to enhance influence, and driving alignment with business priorities; interacting regularly and strategically with one or more Vice Chairs and National Managing Partners (NMPs); shaping the opinions of, and negotiating with other senior leaders, and external parties
• Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to ensure alignment with business goals; applying advanced data analysis techniques to generate actionable insights and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborating with the leadership team to align on processes and strategies that drive consistency across the central Learning and Development organization, and identifying enhancements or efficiencies to benefit all stakeholders
