Job descriptionBuild or enhance tools to automate product launch process steps. Collaborate with Pricing Operations team, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions to streamline product launches. Prioritize activities based on customer impact, business needs, project dependencies, and overall strategy. Lead the design and development of Power Platform solutions, ensuring alignment with the organization's target architecture and technical standards. Conduct thorough unit testing to validate functionality & reliability, and create clear, comprehensive documentation to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge transfer. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business goals and technical requirements. 5+ years of experience in application development. Excellent Power Platform and SQL development skills, with a particular emphasis on Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint. Experience connecting Power Platform solutions with Azure services, APIs, or external systems. Understanding of role-based security, data protection, and compliance within Power Platform. Demonstrated ability to apply design thinking principles to build efficient, scalable solutions that prioritize usability and intuitive workflows. Skilled in creating user interfaces that are visually appealing and easy to navigate, ensuring a seamless experience for end users. Experience leveraging feedback and analytics to continuously improve solution design and user satisfaction. Strong problem-solving skills to research and identify issues, root cause, and proposed resolution. Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills. Proven confidence and flexibility in dynamic environments with ability to adapt to shifting priorities. Approach work with positive energy, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning. Working knowledge of standard software applications (SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, Acrobat, Outlook). Experience with Dataverse, data models, and embedding Power BI within Power Apps is preferred. Other nice to have skills include experience with Atlassian Confluence Wiki, automation processes, VBA, Jira, SAP. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required. $91.55 per hour.
