Associate – IP Litigation (Tech-Focused)

Locations : New York, Palo Alto, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Washington, DC

Compensation : $225,000 – $400,000

A top-ranked international law firm is seeking highly qualified mid-level associates (3–5 years) to join its Intellectual Property Litigation practice. This role offers the chance to handle high-stakes patent disputes for innovative clients across industries, shaping the future.

What We’re Looking For :

3–5 years of patent litigation experience in a major law firm setting.

Strong academic background, with an undergraduate and / or advanced degree in engineering, computer science, physics, or a related technical field.

Active Bar membership in New York, California, or Washington, D.C.

Exceptional research, writing, and advocacy skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
