About the Role

We’re seeking a Head of Engineering to lead the technical vision, execution, and infrastructure buildout of a next-generation blockchain ecosystem.

This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced engineering leader who can architect scalable systems, attract top technical talent, and drive secure, production-grade development in high-stakes environments.

You’ll be responsible for shaping the technology strategy, overseeing engineering operations, and ensuring world-class delivery across decentralized infrastructure, product integrations, and on-chain applications.

What You’ll Do

• Own the Architecture : Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure blockchain infrastructure across core platforms and partner ecosystems.
• Build and Scale the Team : Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing engineering organization that delivers excellence across infrastructure, protocol development, and user-facing applications.
• Drive Technical Strategy : Integrate blockchain technologies into existing enterprise and financial systems, aligning innovation with business impact.
• Deliver Secure Systems : Ensure systems meet the highest security, reliability, and performance standards through rigorous auditing, monitoring, and DevOps best practices.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work closely with product and strategy teams to deliver seamless user experiences and decentralized solutions for large-scale adoption.
• Lead Innovation : Stay at the forefront of blockchain and fintech advancements, applying emerging technologies to create competitive advantages.
• Measure and Improve : Define engineering KPIs, track success metrics, and drive continuous improvement across performance and deployment velocity.
