A Series A startup is looking for a Head of Engineering to join their team in New York, NY.

Compensation : $200-220k
Responsibilities :
- Hands-on engineering with technical leadership
- Work with core engineers and contractors to move fast and iterate
- Build scalable systems to onboard customers quickly and support rapid growth
- Work with the CEO to shape the roadmap and technical vision for future ERP innovations, AI-driven pricing, and marketplace connectivity
- Develop an AI-powered system to optimize operations, leverage data, and provide metal suppliers with real-time, AI-driven decision-making tools
Qualifications :
Must be NYC-based – in-office 4x per week
