Position Overview : We are seeking a fast moving Head of Engineering who will oversee the development, integration, and scaling of AI-first software.

You will be hands on coding, but also drive technical strategy, product innovation, and operational excellence for our team.

• Get hands on with builds, primarily backend related. Ability to quickly learn to fill in gaps that we don’t yet have specialized roles for.
• Ensure scalability, security, and robustness of our core software and client facing APIs.
