Mechanical Reliability Manager
Responsibilities of Mechanical Reliability Manager :
- Assume the role of the primary expert in rotating equipment, covering compressors, turbines and pumps, within the corporation.
- Guides the development and performance evaluation of site rotating equipment engineers.
- Takes the lead in troubleshooting, RCA and standards development.
- Implements and supervises compressor health monitoring systems, ensuring adequate training for plant personnel.
- Offers insights into capital projects, emphasizing the importance of maintainability and reliability in design and installation.
Qualifications of Mechanical Reliability Manager :
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required
- Professional Engineer License or CMRP required
- 15+ years of engineering experience, preferably in heavy chemicals or refining
- Professional experience in maintenance, engineering, and reliability, especially with a focus on large turbomachinery
- A strong preference for candidates with extensive experience in the heavy chemicals or refining industry
Salary Range of Mechanical Reliability Manager : $200,000 - 220,000 depending on experience
