Jr. Finance Aide

Tech Valley Talent (TVT) has 2 great long-term roles for Jr. Finance Aides with AP / AR and / or bookkeeping and / or accounting experience.

DURATION

2 years plus possible extension

LOCATION

HYBRID Albany, NY– 1-2 days a week onsite

37.5 hour work week

Position will start after the New Year

• NO THIRD PARTIES - DIRECT W2 ONLY

The Finance Aide will be involved in a variety of accounting support tasks and functions. This resource is integral to maintaining an efficient and effective Finance Office with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver timely and accurate payments information to internal and external stakeholders.

Skills needed include :

Educational requirements Minimum of Associates degree ; preferred in accounting, business or a related field

Technical Environment : NEIS, PeopleSoft. Prior use and understanding of PeopleSoft is preferred, O365 including Excel
