ServiceNow Platform Architect

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and advise on technical design discussions during client calls

Conduct detailed requirement analysis to ensure business needs are actionable

Mentor developers and oversee release management activities for ServiceNow implementations

Required Qualifications

8+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform

4+ years in a lead developer or architect-level role

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

At least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification, preferably ITSM

Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and integration points
