Senior Director Global Operations

Liaise with the account leadership team to make and implement decisions for operational activities aligned with strategic goals.

Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of operations to ensure consistent and quality delivery of IT services.

Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements.

Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation.

Oversee customer operational processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability.

Work with project managers to develop budgets for special programs.

Revise and / or formulate policies and promote their implementation.

Manage relationships / agreements with external partners / vendors.

Evaluate overall operational performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.

Work with tower heads and senior management to get the best performance from staff.

Ensure compliance and conformity of IT services delivered to the client established regulations.

Job Requirements Minimum of 10 years of management and operations experience.

Managing onshore and offshore teams covering different time zones.

Proven experience as Director of Operations or equivalent position.

Due diligent, proactive and problem solver.

Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

Outstanding communication and people skills.

Strong analytical skills.

Excellence and expertise in financial management, administration and IT operations.

Working knowledge of data analysis and performance / operation metrics.

BSc / BA in Computer Science or relevant field; MSc / MA will be a plus.
