Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Office Manager in Fort Lauderdale, FL to work for an aviation school client. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping others. This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, communicates with warmth and clarity, and keeps operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include :

Client Communication

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and their families
  • Answer questions with empathy and professionalism, helping put people at ease
  • Handle incoming calls on the office line and provide accurate information about our programs
  • Sales Support

  • Engage with prospective clients who inquire about becoming private pilots
  • Office Operations

  • Maintain stock of office supplies, snacks, bottled water, etc.
  • Monitor inventory of branded shirts and place orders as needed
  • Keep the office organized, clean, and welcoming
  • Administrative Duties

  • Answer phones and direct calls appropriately
  • Support general office tasks and assist with scheduling or documentation as needed
  • Compensation :

    $20 / hour - $25 / hour

    Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

    Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.
