Position Highlights :
- Competitive pay ranging from $24.42 to $35.95 per hour, depending on experience.
- Additional compensation for bilingual skills.
- Exceptional Hiring / Retention Bonus Structure :
At Hire : $1,500.00
At 180-Days (6 months) : $2,000.00At 12 months : $1,500.00The bonus is pro-rated based on Full Time Equivalency (FTE).Benefits :

Keep patient medical records up-to-date, including vital signs, treatments, and medications while also reviewing immunization records.Prepare for patient visits by ensuring all necessary files and reports are ready and coordinating effectively with Providers for optimal care.Maintain and organize exam rooms, educate patients on procedures, and support physicians during exams and treatments.Collect lab specimens, administer medications, and perform other clinical duties as assigned.Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED is required.Completion of an accredited medical assisting program or equivalent training is necessary.Preferred one year of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant.CPR certification should be obtained within 90 days of hire.National certification from AAMA, AMT, NHA, or NCCT is required within 90 days of hire.Solid medical knowledge is essential for understanding various technical aspects of care.Strong interpersonal skills to effectively navigate diverse personalities and situations.A proven ability to multitask and manage varying workloads efficiently.Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Epic, and EMR systems.Our Mission Statement :
