Position Available : Certified Public Accountant

Responsibilities :

• Overseeing of accountants
• Interfacing with vendor / sub contractors and owners from the onset of contract documents
• Certified payroll
• General liability and workers compensation insurance
• Process and manage subcontractor invoices including the preparation of all supporting documentation
• Collection of warranties at the close out process upon completion of project
• Maintain and organize hard and soft copy project files
• Collect and maintain subcontractor insurance
• Audit of individual accounts
• Assist with external audits
