Director of Clinical Services Opportunity
Lighthouse Care Center of Augusta is an -bed psychiatric and addictive disease hospital for children, adolescents, and adults.

The Director of Clinical Services is a key member of the Coastal Harbor Leadership Team who is responsible for developing, implementing, managing, and directing the programs and activities of patient care.
The position has full responsibility for fiscal and staff management and program services for the acute, child and adolescent services, and residential treatment inclusive of school.
Job Duties / Responsibilities :
- Manage staff and services hospital-wide for social, therapy, and recreation services
- Understand regulatory requirements of all agencies that review areas of responsibility; maintain areas of responsibility in survey-ready status at all times
- Plan, develop, and implement new programs or policies that promote the organization both internally and externally

Qualifications
Requirements :
- Master’s Degree in Social Work
- Licensure in clinical area
- 3-5 years management experience within a healthcare setting
- Inpatient management experience preferred
