The ideal candidate is a refined self-starter with 25+ years of high-end transactional experience in residential real estate, ideally supporting a top-producing agent or team. A deep understanding of co-op, condo, and townhouse sales is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Operational & Administrative Support
- Serve as the trusted point of contact and operational partner to the Team Leader.
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate property showings, and confirm appointments with precision and discretion.
- Prepare and execute listing agreements; upload and maintain listings across all distribution platforms ensuring accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency.
- Provide exceptional client service to agents, buyers, sellers, and referral partners.
Transaction & Listing Management
Coordinate transactions end-to-end, including co-op, condo, and townhouse sales.Liaise with managing agents, attorneys, lenders, CPAs, and other third parties to gather required documentation.Compile and manage detailed board packages and due-diligence materials.Conduct property walk-throughs and attend showings as needed.Marketing & Presentation
Partner with the brokerages in-house marketing team to produce elevated, on-brand collateral including e-blasts, brochures, and listing presentations.Oversee postcard mailings and other client-touch campaigns.Maintain and update CRM, ensuring data accuracy and strategic follow-up.Leadership & Reporting
Support, oversee, and mentor team members to ensure alignment and accountability.Track sales, compile performance metrics, and produce projections and comparative market analyses (CMAs).Manage ad-hoc projects and personal assistant tasks with the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.Qualifications
25+ years of experience in residential real estate operations or team management.Deep familiarity with NYC co-op, condo, and townhouse processes.NYS Real Estate License required.Bachelors degree required.Exceptional organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.Polished written and verbal communication; excellent grammar and client correspondence skills.High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate UHNW environments with discretion and poise.Tech-savvy; proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and Docusign. CRM experience is a plus.Composed, adaptable, and resourceful in a fast-paced environment.Compensation & Schedule
Base Salary : $125,000 $150,000, commensurate with experience; bonus potentialSchedule : MondayFriday, 9 AM 6 PM, with limited weekend responsiveness (email / phone)
