We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Radnor, Pennsylvania. Ideal candidates will bring expertise in accounts payable functions and familiarity with NetSuite software.

Responsibilities :

• Process and code invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform account reconciliation to ensure financial records are complete and accurate.
• Conduct research on accounts payable issues and resolve discrepancies.
• Post invoices into the NetSuite system while adhering to established procedures.
• Manage check runs and ensure payments are processed efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
• Assist in cleaning up financial data within the NetSuite platform.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within accounts payable workflows.
• Provide support for ad hoc financial tasks as needed.
• Proven experience in accounts payable functions, including invoice processing and coding.
• Proficiency with NetSuite software is required.
• Strong skills in account reconciliation and financial research.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial records.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members.
