Compensation : $130,000 – $160,000 + benefits

About the Role

A nationally recognized and long-standing general contractor is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead multi-family residential projects from pre-construction through closeout. This is a key role for a builder known for strong client relationships, repeat business, and delivering large-scale residential work across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of multi-family construction projects from start to finish
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, RFIs, and documentation
• Lead communication with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, QA / QC, and project specs
• Conduct regular progress reviews and implement corrective measures as needed
• Drive on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding high workmanship standards
