Job Description
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for attorneys and legal staff. Prepare, edit, and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports with accuracy. Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, calls, and mail. Maintain and organize client files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal standards. Assist with billing, invoicing, and expense reporting processes. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for legal staff as needed. Support the preparation of court filings and ensure timely submissions. Perform other administrative tasks to support the team's efficiency and productivity.

The Successful Applicant
6-10 years of litigation experience. Previous experience using legal tools and e-filing systems such as Chrome River and Aderant. Adaptability and being comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
