Director of Financial Reporting

Century Group is partnering with our manufacturing client for an Accounting Manager position. Your responsibilities include coordinating the annual audit by the Company's independent auditors, ensuring SEC compliance, adhering to SOX 404 requirements, and applying GAAP principles. You'll oversee various financial functions, including accounting, budgeting, credit, insurance, tax, and treasury. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $140,000 to $160,000 per year.

Job Description :

Oversee timely filing of all SEC reports.

Drive and implement process improvements related to cost, inventory, warranty, and accounting areas, focusing on audit compliance efficiency.

Oversee month-end and year-end financial close processes, reviewing financial results, identifying trends, and investigating variances.

Prepare and review monthly financial statements.

Review monthly analysis and schedules to reconcile accounts.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.

7+ years of manufacturing accounting experience.

CPA Certification.

Proficient with integrated accounting software, report writers, and MS Office Suite.

Strong understanding of GAAP and FASB pronouncements. REF #48728
