Job Title : ATM Monitoring Engineer

Location : Plano, TX or Charlotte, NC(Hybrid - Onsite 3x a Week)

Required Skills & Qualifications

7+ years of experience in IT engineering or ATM systems monitoring

Strong knowledge of enterprise monitoring tools such as Splunk , Dynatrace , and Tivoli

Exposure to Mainframe or HP Nonstop / Tandem systems

Understanding of payment processing and multi-data centre environments

Familiarity with change management and incident management processes

Experience working in Agile teams and using JIRA
