About this Role :

  • You'll be an integral part of the Solutions Engineering team, working pre and post-sales to consult and create innovative solutions for our customers
  • Be the subject matter expert across product & compliance to support sales
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product capabilities, services, messaging, partner ecosystem, and competitive landscape
  • Provide market and customer feedback to the product team and help prioritize functionality needed to drive new opportunities and upsells
  • Build product examples, documentation, and other critical resources for our customers side by side with product, Success, and other stakeholders
  • Creatively identify and help drive new programs to improve the pre to post-sales transition

About You :

  • Customer-facing experience as a Sales or Solutions Engineer, or relevant experience as a GRC expert
  • Experience supporting products in the compliance, security, audit, or risk space. Familiarity or hands on experience implementing security programs against common security standards such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HITRUST, PCI, FedRAMP, etc is a plus
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to operate in a startup environment that lacks structure of a larger organization
  • You are creative, curious, technical, and detail-oriented and organized
  • You love listening to customers, discussing strategy with colleagues, but also diving into the weeds
  • You can interact with various titles and roles within an organization including the technical and security minded, plus executives within large companies
  • Has prior B2B SaaS building or selling experience is a plus
