Automated Testing : Automation tools are used to execute test cases, and ServiceNow offers tools like ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework) for creating and running automated tests. Ensuring Functionality and Compatibility : Testers ensure new features and updates function correctly and are compatible with existing systems. End-User Perspective : Testing is performed from an end-users perspective to ensure the application meets user needs. Defect Identification and Reporting : Testers identify and report defects or issues found during testing. UAT (User Acceptance Testing) : Testers participate in UAT to ensure the software meets real-world requirements. Tools and Technologies : ServiceNow Test Management Application : Used to create and manage manual software testing. ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework) : Used to create and run automated tests on a ServiceNow instance.
