James Perse Senior Client Advisor

James Perse is currently hiring a full time Senior Client Advisor for our Bal Harbour location. The objective of the position is to achieve all objectives set forth by the company with a focus on client development and client sales. The Senior Client Advisor will set the example in areas of customer service excellence, adherence to visual merchandising standards, and operational standards. In the absence of Store Management, the Senior Client Advisor is charged with overseeing all aspects of the store and staff, when is the most senior presence in the store.

Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities :

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Establish relationships with clients and manage communication consistent with James Perse.
• Set the example for exceptional customer service, client experience and store standards.
• Maintain the selling floor, merchandise, visuals, and store standards.
• Maintain and grow existing clients and reach new prospects through networking and outreach.
• Support operational tasks and projects.
• Open and close the store and conduct all opening and closing procedures.
• Local market knowledge of clientele base and brand competitors.
• Participate in special events and or projects as needed (i.e. Sample Sale, Physical Inventory, etc.).
• Adhere to all store and company procedures while maintaining operational and client experience excellence.
• All other duties as assigned.

Pay Transparency : This position pays $18.00 per hour plus commission on personal net sales.
