We're looking for a Founder / CEO to build an AI-driven insurance and compliance onboarding platform for construction firms.

Construction firms face rising regulatory scrutiny from agencies like OSHA (U.S.) and WSIB (Canada), with fines topping $100K per violation. Yet, insurance and compliance onboarding is still managed through spreadsheets, faxed forms, and fragmented tools. The result : costly delays, higher liability, and frustrated HR and operations leaders.

We believe there's an opportunity to build a compliance infrastructure for construction, starting with insurance onboarding. By digitizing forms, validating coverage in real time, and embedding workflows directly into platforms like Procore and Bridgit, this solution would unlock efficiency, reduce liability, and create a scalable foundation for safety and compliance across the industry.

Forum derisks and accelerates the Founder path by :
